Welcome to 40 Alfred Place

40 alfred place is a place where anything can happen. It is a fully equipped restaurant and event space ready and waiting to be handed over to anybody who has something interesting they want to do. It could be anything from a pizzeria to a neighbourhood bistro, supper club, jazz joint or wine bar. Other times we may be home to a stitch ‘n’ botch, scrabble or film club, and sometimes we’ll be a photographic studio, private party or a product launch venue.

We are a pop up restaurant, kitchen and venue for hire, we are a catering company and a … well, whatever you want us to be.
